    • suspect faulty oil pressure sending unit. sending unit is located on the oil filter housing. the oil filter housing is leaking oil. recommend replace housing and oil pressure sensor. –
    • change oil and filter change oil pressure sending unit clean oil mess – –
    • pressure test system and check for leaks. found bad coolant leak from engine water pump and another small leak from lower radiator hose. needs replacement –
    • replace thermostat replace lower radiator hose flush coolant –

    • perform cylinder leak down test. cylinder #4 and #6 failed. combustion gasses are getting into cooling system. –
    • replace all related gaskets replace spark plugs change engine oil and filter replace thermostat and flush cooling system, inspect radiator and water pump. found radiator and coolant expansion tank too far contaminated with sealer to use so new ones were installed – during initial warm up cycle after repair found engine cooling fan not working, assemble is bad. install new cooling fan test drive 20 miles. ran good, and did not overheat –
    • complete valve job with new valve guide seals resurface cylinder head face. –

    • ac kicks in, does not blow very cold. pressures are low. recommend system recharge. –
    • system had .3lbs recharge with 1.38lbs. add dye and check for leaks. none found today. now blowing cold air.
