clean engine oil leak from lower crankcase, clean, test drive and reinspect. –
pressure test cooling system, found oil cooler connector to lower radiator hose leaking. remove and replace connector and hose assemble pressure test system to 23 psi for 10 minutes, no visible leaks now. –

customer also states hard to fill gas tank. codes are for evap system leak. suspect possible evap fuel tank vent valve issue. causing code and hard to fill situation. smoke test system for leaks. remove and replace fuel tank vent valve, clean carbon canister, and blow out vent lines. test drive to gas station and test, now gas fills properly. smoke test system for evap system leaks. found small vacuum leak from faulty purge solenoid. remove and replace evap purge valve and retest, no leaks found. –

ran through multiple heat cycles, coolant boils over. suspect stuck thermostat or blown head gasket? perform cylinder leak down test, found cylinder #5 to have 45% leakage through coolant passage. recommend replacement motor.
