- remove intercooler to clean belt debris also replace thermostat, belt tensioner assemble, idler pulleys, and serpentine belt fill coolant, pressure test cooling system for 30 minutes, recheck for leaks, none found at this time clear codes and test drive 15 miles. recheck – looks ok.
