- pressure test cooling system, found small leak from heater hose to water pump. install new hose assemble and clamps. pressure test and recheck for leaks, none found. cooling system full of stop leak, flush cooling system. install new coolant test drive and recheck –
- ran through multiple heat cycles, coolant boils over. suspect stuck thermostat or blown head gasket? perform cylinder leak down test, found cylinder #5 to have 45% leakage through coolant passage. recommend replacement motor.
