- customer also states hard to fill gas tank. codes are for evap system leak. suspect possible evap fuel tank vent valve issue. causing code and hard to fill situation. smoke test system for leaks. remove and replace fuel tank vent valve, clean carbon canister, and blow out vent lines. test drive to gas station and test, now gas fills properly. smoke test system for evap system leaks. found small vacuum leak from faulty purge solenoid. remove and replace evap purge valve and retest, no leaks found. –
