    • customer also states hard to fill gas tank. codes are for evap system leak. suspect possible evap fuel tank vent valve issue. causing code and hard to fill situation. smoke test system for leaks. remove and replace fuel tank vent valve, clean carbon canister, and blow out vent lines. test drive to gas station and test, now gas fills properly. smoke test system for evap system leaks. found small vacuum leak from faulty purge solenoid. remove and replace evap purge valve and retest, no leaks found. –

    • EVAPORATOR ORIFICE VALVE – Remove & Replace ACCUMULATOR / RECEIVER DRIER – Remove & Replace FLUSH – lines, evaporator, and condensor AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM – Complete Charge – add oil and leak detection dye [Includes: Air Conditioning system recover, evacuate and recharge.] check for leaks – none found today noticed on test drive only blows cold on max ac. suspect possible temperature blend door issue. inspect blend door acuator, found acuator to be missing. install new door acuator now it is working properly. –

    • pressure test cooling system, found small leak from heater hose to water pump. install new hose assemble and clamps. pressure test and recheck for leaks, none found. cooling system full of stop leak, flush cooling system. install new coolant test drive and recheck –
    • ran through multiple heat cycles, coolant boils over. suspect stuck thermostat or blown head gasket? perform cylinder leak down test, found cylinder #5 to have 45% leakage through coolant passage. recommend replacement motor.
